Professional negligence

John has undertaken a range of professional negligence actions against solicitors for breach of duty in the conduct of personal injury, clinical negligence and commercial claims. Instructions have included claims against mortgage brokers, architects, surveyors, accountants and IFAs for failing to discharge their duties towards their client.
